1st Employee of the year for Company.

A little background information on the award process is, you receive points by getting a nomination from a resident (which is who we work for), managers from any department, residents guest, or another employee. for the nomination to get approved you must do something out of the ordinary which is going over and beyond or following the lenbrook way service standards which is being caring, competent, responsive, appealing amenities, and beautiful facilities or following the companies values which are respect, integrity, teamwork, and excellence. The program started june 2017 and ended june 2018. You have four quarters and I have won 2 out of 4 associate of the quarter awards, and now the biggest one which is the employee of the year, which means I had the most nominations out of 300 employees at the end of the program. Please write a nice speech (not to long) on what it is you think I should say about being an employee at lenbrook and winning the first employee of the year award, be sure to thank each and every person that contributed to me winning and make it comical in a way since they have changed the rules for the new year process. I won this year so I cant win employee of the year for these upcoming quarters even if I have the most points by the end of june 2019 I have to wait to win until june 2020. I have to do this speech in front of the residents (500) maybe 300 will show, the ceo, cfo, vice president, and managers from each department.
