Assessment Event 2: FitLife Simulaton

In this assessment, you iill undertake a numuer of tasks associated iith developing a change process, implementng and critcally evaluatng its outcomes for a health and ftness organisaton, FitLife, in accordance to the strategic reviei the company has recently conducted through an external marketng agency named SAMRA.

The focus is on producing and evaluatng a Change Management Plan that is uased on the folloiing actons:

Task 2: Develop Change Management Strategy

Task 3: Implement Change Management Strategy

This task contnues to uuild on the informaton gathered from the earlier assessment tasks. It re uires you to monitor the results of your implemented Change Management Plan (CMP), then address any performance gaps accordingly. By doing so, you iill have conducted a numuer of evaluatons and revieis on your CMP and made the necessary modifcatons prior to its fnalisaton.

3.1 Develop an educaton plan in consultaton with the Working Group

Simulaton Background

FitLife is a privately-oined Sydney uased Australian health cluu chain iith 70 health cluus and 182,000 actve memuers in Australia. FitLife serves as one of the industry leaders in the sport and ftness segment providing mult-purpose ftness venues across the country providing state of the art health cluus to siimming pools, sport cluus, s uash courts, and many other facilites.

The company has recently undertaken a strategic reviei to further advance their products and services in order to remain highly compettve in the market space. This document is called FitLife Strategic Reviei ihich provides detailed informaton auout the microenvironment, trends, and opportunites in the health and ftness segment.

The culture of the organisaton is focussed on sales. Most employees emurace this vision and have ueen keen to earn the uonuses on ofer. As a result, the company has experienced a level of groith, uut it has not consolidated this trajectory iith many support services for staf and client at a uasic level.
