Also, discuss other similar policies and/or if this policy exists elsewhere, as well as, identifying and addressing the expected concerns of suspected opposing interest groups;

         5 Conclusions & Recommendations (this is where you can explain how the policy change accomplishes the group’s ideals/intent of the policy).

2.0 H.R.1667 – Dr. Lorna Breen Health Care Provider Protection Act

In order to strengthen the mental and behavioral health of healthcare professionals, this

measure establishes grants and mandates other actions. The Department of Health and Human

Services (HHS) is specifically required to provide funding to hospitals, medical professional

associations, and other healthcare organizations for initiatives that support the resilience and

mental health of healthcare professionals. Moreover, HHS may give grants to students, residents,

or professionals in the healthcare field for essential mental and behavioral health training

(Congress.gov, 2022).
