FINISH MY Report

So I’ve attached the report and the remaining sections need to be finished. I think they start at 3.1 in the document…I finished it but did it wrong. I was focused on a big corporation but it’s a small Corp. Here are some key details the client has asked for:

READ THE ENTIRE DOCUMENT TO HAVE AN IDEA OF WHAT YOU’RE WRITING ABOUT

The company is an authorized dealer in the French Guiana, think of the french guiana like an third world country

1. Do not use the word intern in the report
2. Be sure to Avoid saying the company instead use GBS Xerox
3.Make a ready to send report (erase all the questions, organize the setting, add images)
4. when you speak about the staff, bare in mind that all of them were simply struggling
5.there was no management whatsoever aside of putting pressure on the sales
6.no hr, no accounting, no training aside from the first week
7. my boss wasn’t a good leader nor motivator
8. The company owners didn’t make sure to create a good relationship with non of their employees
9. the turnover is terrible
10. we didn’t have a sales manager
11. we sold good materials but our reputation wasn’t good because my boss never when out and meet the clients
12. You cannot talk about big management because we aren’t a big Xerox dealer
13. Use pictures and stay within the same color scheme as the pictures already there…USE MANY VISUALS!!!
