Unit 1- Invesitgative Interview

Create an interview form, a document that an investigator would use that an Investigator would use when interviewing a witness to a hit and run accident.  Be detailed and thorough. Remember, you are the investigator.  You should have a minimum of 25 questions.

What questions would you ask? What information is needed to solve this hit and run accident?

Unit 2 Admissiblity of Digital Photos in Court

Draft a 4 page paper on the admissibility of digital photos in a trial.  Be sure to proof read your paper.  Do NOT start your paper half way down the page.  Please include the resources that you used to obtain the information for this paper.  Discuss the fallibility of digital photos and the legal problems that could occur. Include a title page. Please use 12 font for the entire paper.
