I need a response or feedback on the below Answer:

Question: Throughout your program, you have engaged with a variety of leadership theories, models, and concepts. As you embark on implementing your capstone, which theory, model, or concept has been the most helpful, and why? Did this change from your initial brainstorming or outline?

Answer: Throughout this Leadership program I’ve used a few theories, models and concepts. Moving forward with this capstone I have used the transformational theory and situational theory. Transformational Theory of leadership, also called “the management theory,” studies leadership as a system of rewards and penalties. It views effective leadership as results-focused and hierarchical. Transactional leaders prioritize order and structure over creativity (2021). With this theory I will be see how the bridge program help students to transition into the Organizational Program which ultimately will be very helpful to determine how much the program transform the lives of the students, because they don’t have the original 60 credit hours. The Situational theory of leadership does not relate to a certain type of leader or claim that any one style is best (2021). Instead, situational theory argues that the best kind of leader is one who is able to adapt his or her style based on the situation. They may respond to a situation by commanding, coaching, persuading, participating, delegating or however they think is necessary (2010). Situational leaders are defined by their flexibility, so this will in return help instructors and professors in the program adapt to the students learning style which based on how they learn. Nothing has change from my initial brainstorming from the beginning.
