I need a response or feedback on the below Statement:

From my capstone project, my scope will help improve the quality of the Organizational Management Program and more students getting into it by the new Bridge program that will be added. The analysis tool that I’m using in this project will be the training tool. This tool will allow the professors and instructors that are teaching in this program, to better connect and access each student’s needs to get them through the Bridge Program to be able to transition right into the Organizational Management Program. I will first have all instructors and professors meet with prospective students, who have been accepted into the program, to work with them by assessing their needs and seeing what options will be best for them moving forward. Some of the students that enter the program haven’t been in school for many years. The faculty and staff must be trained properly in order to accommodate the different caliber f students that will be entering the program. Every student’s needs are different. The training needs analysis is a systematic process of identifying which kind of training is required and provide the details related to training implementation (2019). It is also known as a tool to identify the new skills, knowledge, and attitudes which employees need to acquire in order to improve performance (2019).
