As a result, it is only necessary for the company to extend its hands to reach out to the community and give back where necessary through philanthropic activities. Purpose of the Project and Objectives Philanthropy is an essential part of a society that is deeply embedded in democracy. Philanthropy purposely focuses on solving and eliminating the various social problems that affect humankind in a community and society at large. It is meant to support the projects from which everyone in the society benefits, including museums, libraries, and scientific research. It also aims at popularizing unpopular efforts by society. The program’s objectives are to support individuals who are beneficial to the community, like doctors, to acquire more training in the lagging areas to benefit from their knowledge and experience. We are also aiming at providing scholarships to university students pursuing medical courses since, with the declining number of health specialists, society needs more professionals in the fields. We aim to build community foundations to help build the people one on one by empowering them. Through the community foundations, we intend to make society self-reliant by enabling them to eradicate poverty. We also want to start social enterprises that sell necessary commodities to society at friendly prices. Through social enterprises, every community member will be able to afford a decent living. Assumptions and Benefits            As a well-established company that has been able to create immense wealth over the years, we assume that everyone in society deserves to be given an opportunity in terms of financial support to create a sustainable livelihood. We also assume that healthcare is the priority to wealth creation. The benefits that come with this project include sufficient and effective healthcare to society.  Another benefit the program offers is an affordable lifestyle to every member of the society through the social enterprises that sell products like food, clothing, and basic household necessities at cheaper and affordable prices. Students from low-income families wishing to take health-related courses can acquire scholarships and study perfectly. The community foundations will teach people wealth creation techniques to enable them to have economic stability. Constraints of the Project The economic crisis due to the economic recess is the major challenge that the project team is facing. Some donors are practically reducing the size of their donations to the project due to reduced budget costs. Another challenge we are presented with is that the project is new, and therefore, data collection is difficult. Providing quality education for the health sector. Approach to Building a Project Team for this Project. To build an effective team, we involve different departments such as HR for workforce sourcing and the financial team for fund management. Additionally, the research team for adequate data collection, the IT team for automation, the management team to oversee the project activities, the transport team, and the procurement team. The team must have a proper feedback system, decision-action log, clearly set road maps to achieve the objectives, and reward top performers.
