Juvenile Life sentence

The United States Supreme Court recently overturned the sentence of
life without parole for juvenile offenders based on the majority opinion
that it was unconstitutional based on it being cruel and unusual
punishment and in violation of the Eighth Amendment. Write a paper in
which you support or refute the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision to end the
sentence of life without parole for juveniles.
