Part 2: Charlotte Bunch, “Women’s Rights as Human Rights (3 questions)

The LIBERTY RIGHTS/WELFARE RIGHTS distinction from Judith Boss “Moral Theory Summary” (p.7) is helpful for thinking about Bunch’s position. “Intro to Human Rights” makes the same distinction, but refers to it as CIVIL & POLITICAL RIGHTS/SOCIAL & ECONOMIC RIGHTS.

2. Briefly summarize each of the 4 basic approaches outlined for linking women’s rights to human rights.
