papers must be five pages long -excluding cover page and references page- and include the following elements:
Introduction that includes a brief overview of what the documentary is about and how the paper is going to be organized.
Body of the paper that discusses 1) main issues, key themes or messages highlighted in the documentary and/or 2) new elements learned in the documentary or in assigned course materials (readings and other visuals)
Major issues discussed in papers must be written in a paragraph format. All paragraphs should be indented.
Conclusion that summarizes the main points of the paper.
Papers must have an explicit main title and many sections with suitable subtitles or subheadings. The subheadings help to organize your thoughts and make the paper easier to write and read.
Papers must include a cover page with the student’s name, the paper title and type (first or final draft) and a bibliography .
Papers must be numbered, typed, double-spaced with 12-point normal font and one-inch margins
To receive full credits, students must write full five pages following the guidelines spelled out above. Late submissions will not be accepted.
