• In completing an incident investigation report, it is important to provide an objective, factual account of the incident, the contributing factors and provide recommendations to prevent reoccurrences. It is also important to ensure that in writing a report is considers who the target audience is. Identify 5 specific audiences/individuals who may require a copy of the report.
