Introduction
The idea of change management is the set of procedures undertaken by the manager or project leader to put on change management to a process to promote individual improvements and ensure that the project achieves its intended outcomes. After these phases, in the developmental phase of the project, the manager has to collect the information about the budget and the timeline from the stakeholders and the other experts working on the project. Project managers describe that when the meeting has to be held to intensify unresolved matters. In the developmental phase, it is necessary to identify all the aspects of all the effective communication techniques and the methods that need the change response of stakeholders and the other project experts (Rajkumar, 2010). They have to listen to the words of stakeholders to understand the requirements and goals from the other parties’ standpoint.

Other phases of the project management changes
Change management, however, can be characterized first of all as an orderly procedure in three ways; is the proper procedure for structural change in the organization, consisting of a consistent way and expertise. For this, the project manager should have the regular reports of the project and the updated documentation to ensure the project itself is being finalized on defined period and budget.
