Introduction
The idea of change management is the set of procedures undertaken by the manager or project leader to put on change management to a process to promote individual improvements and ensure that the project achieves its intended outcomes. These days the digital transformation is producing a great project. These often have a significant effect on the ways in which companies function and organize themselves. Handling these projects is not just about implementing the technique. It is just as much about setting out the necessary change management. The essay discusses the changes that were measured as the alteration from the project original cost, timeline and scope. Change management necessary for project management
Changes in the organization will have an effect on the organization’s corporate plan, and the service businesses work out the plan and involve the workforce. Generally speaking, some change is minor and does not impact the global objective of organizations but some change is the catalyst for the transition of organizations (Heagney, 2016). Well-planned and executed reform, however, ensures corporate longevity in the dynamic environment of the modern-day. Change can bring many benefits to the organization such as improved and improved competitive advantage, improved financial performance, employee satisfaction and a higher customer level (Lundgren & McMakin, 2018). The result will take longer to achieve and the transition phase is a time of confusion regarding a disturbance. Thought, change isn’t always good but it can be done in such a way as to undermine the people ‘s loyalty to an organization.

In this case study, the project’s manager configured the network’s foundation. There is a need for change management for project Myki. For the Myki project, in the initial phase, the project managers have to build a communication tool along with the people involved in the project itself. During the preparation stage, it was necessary to assemble all the stakeholders and experts that were working on the project to discuss the project and prepare a sample draft project of baseline and timetable. After these phases, in the developmental phase of the project, the manager has to collect the information about the budget and the timeline from the stakeholders and the other experts working on the project. Project managers describe that when the meeting has to be held to intensify unresolved matters. In the developmental phase, it is necessary to identify all the aspects of all the effective communication techniques and the methods that need the change response of stakeholders and the other project experts (Rajkumar, 2010). They have to listen to the words of stakeholders to understand the requirements and goals from the other parties’ standpoint.

Other phases of the project management changes
Change management, however, can be characterized first of all as an orderly procedure in three ways; is the proper procedure for structural change in the organization, consisting of a consistent way and expertise. Second, change management as change means individuals; it is a crucial part of the project that contributes, accomplishes, and empowers individuals to receive innovative developments, systems, skills, and importance, and It is a set of acts that move individuals to the desirable way of working from their current way of working.

The previous phases were helpful to keep the activities of the project running smoothly on time within the budget and eliminating the misunderstanding among the stakeholder and other team members. In agreement with the project management plan to meet the requirements, there is a need to monitor the info is being conveyed properly or not. If not, then appropriate actions are taken. The project had complex requirements which can result in delays in completing the project and the budget. The effectiveness of the communication techniques is usually reflected in the work performance of the employees (Butt, Naaranoja, & Savolainen, 2016). If the work performance is poor, then communication may not work smoothly. For this, the project manager should have the regular reports of the project and the updated documentation to ensure the project itself is being finalized on defined period and budget.

Conclusion
The essay concluded the stages and the strategies that are necessary for the project Myki and why they were best to perform the identified changes. Well, there is a need to improve communication effectiveness by repeating the planning and management processes prior to the monitoring and evaluation process. After doing the paper makings that no prior experience and secret technological costs culminated in the project’s late completion with the inflated budget.
