INSTRUCTIONS: A major paper of not more than (and not much less than) 15 pages (excluding reference list and appendices), double-spaced and typed in Times New Roman 12-point font with 1” inch margins, is required. You will choose a topic that will explore the future of an entity (focus can include governmental and/or nonprofit organizations), such as Florida and its people. A local entity such as a county, municipality, or province and its people may also be chosen.
