Respond to the following in a minimum of 175 words:

Throughout the course, you have learned about human impact on the environment, our food sources, the impact of waste on the environment, air and water quality, and sources of energy. This week you are going to investigate how information we gather from the environment can cause us to change our behaviors.

Think about the metropolitan area nearest to where you live. Search the Internet or the University Library to find out what it looked like before people lived there. What does the physical environment of the city look like now? How has the environment changed over time? What might have caused those environmental changes?

In response to the health of the environment, and how you see it changed over time, what might be some future environmental changes in your city?
