states of health and their distribution across society

The study of states of health and their distribution across society (epidemiology) is meant for both further study and action. Necessary actions include a wide variety of approaches across disciplines, fields, sectors, and social institutions. Consider the city where you currently live (please use Fremont as your current living city. also you can use alameda county data.). Review agenda items that will be / have been discussed by the city council. Select one agenda item that stands out to you. How might epidemiology be relevant? What types of epidemiologic findings would be / are / have been relevant? If you were to attend the city council meeting, what might you share during the public comment period as a nurse with an understanding of epidemiology AND as a city resident?
