Due to human nature, everyone has an idea for a substantial change that could significantly improve an organization. Select a change initiative that interests you. You will use this initiative throughout this course. Examples of organization-wide change initiatives include organizational restructuring, right-sizing, a process or policy change, technology implementation, cost-cutting strategy, and customer/environmental relationship changes. These are just a few examples of many.

Develop a presentation to describe your change initiative. Then discuss the Kotter eight-stage change process, and using the Kotter model, identify the high-level tasks and actions that would be required to carry out your change organization-wide. At this point, be sure to consider broad processes of implementing the change initiative across the entire organization.

The notes should be comprised of brief paragraphs describing the content of each slide. Support your presentation with a minimum of five (5) scholarly resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources should be included. Be sure to include citations for quotations and paraphrases with references in APA format and style where appropriate (both in the slides and the notes section).

Length: 13-15 slides not including title and reference slides. Use effective presentation design including themes, images, media, and transitions.

Notes Length: 200-350 words for each slide

References: Include a minimum of 5 scholarly resources.
