Week 4 – Assignment: Analyze Stakeholder Engagement Through a Reflective Essay

For this assignment, you will write a reflective essay describing your personal experiences with organizational change. Critically reflect upon the role you have played during one or multiple organizational changes. In your observations, explain whether or not you felt a sense of control and were provided learning opportunities and rewards. Based on your understanding of change leadership, discuss the various communication techniques and whether or not the communication was appropriate and successful. Contemplate how the change adaptation may have been more effective from the stakeholders’ perspectives through improved engagement tools such as education, empowerment, communication, job crafting, etc. Tie your critical reflections to the academic literature you have encountered throughout the first half of this course.
