This task requires you to locate and review two journal articles related to planning interventions that aim to change organizational culture.

This has scope to link to psychological focus i.e.: using support from the areas of social psychology, cognitive psychology and/or the psychology of individual differences, describe how this impacts on employee behavior within the organization.

Your task, in this week’s workshop, is to extrapolate some key issues from the articles in order to prepare for this essay. Using the two articles which you have chosen:
