Research financial news about concepts in our chapter. Specifically, find a company that declared bankruptcy that relies on a concept from our chapter. Post a summary of the company, include the website link to the information and address the questions below. Use and cite a reputable financial newspaper, finance journal or a company’s annual report.

This discussion board requires a minimum of two posts and counts towards the class participation grade. A grading rubric is provided.

POST #1 no later than Thursday at 11:59PM. Find a news source and address the following:

• CONCEPT: State a course concept and provide the textbook’s definition.
• CORPORATE EXAMPLE: Discuss how the concept is used with your corporate example.
• IMPACT: How does your example impact stakeholders?
• Make sure you cite your source in APA format at the end of your post. Include a doi reference and/or a website link so others can read the article.
