However, while scientific cooperation knows no boundaries, politics does, even amidst pandemics. What are the obstacles to bringing the massive force of science to the political front? How is global cooperation at the political level impeded? What are the dynamics? In your response, engage the structure vs agency debate to identify those factors that prevent the full translation of scientific cooperation to political cooperation. What are the structural factors? What are the agential factors? Do not get carried away by manifold aspects of COVID-19.
