The Horry-Georgetown Technical College Department of Nursing is committed to supporting the stated mission of the College. This support is demonstrated by the provision of quality educational programs that prepare practical nursing graduates and associate degree nursing graduates. The mission of the Department of Nursing is to provide a quality education that prepares competent, caring, ethical nursing graduates for entry level employment in a variety of settings in order to meet the health care needs of the community served.

Upon graduation, graduates of the College will:

Upon successful completion of the program of study, graduates will:
