Signature assignment

Read the Case of Emily. Clearly, use the material presented throughout this course and do your own additional investigation related to this case. Apply concepts from professional sources such as the suggested texts, TUW library, etc. to the case study. Consider the diagnosis and symptoms we learned from the course. Then, discuss how that fits with this presenting client. Clearly share what interventions or treatment you would provide. Include what model(s) of therapy you would use in your therapy. You may wish to use “tools” from a number of different theories. Reference the text in terms of why you have chosen your particular interventions or treatment considering the client’s presenting issues and symptoms.
Formatting:
The entire Signature Assignment should be 8-10 pages in length. You must use the APA format. Please see the Purdue Owl Website for any APA formatting questions.
Support your thoughts with professional sources throughout the paper.
Use at least four professional sources. Use the seven (7) headers listed below.
Use the following as headers for your paper (use bolded words only):
Introduction: Introduce what you will be writing about in your paper.
Assessment: Similar to the Case Assignment, highlight Emily’s symptoms to support your final diagnosis and Zcodes. This is your opportunity to reassess Emily. Use the knowledge you

gained after Week 4 as well.
Final Diagnosis and Zcodes: Remember to clearly support your reasoning with details from the prompt. Be sure to include the code, name, specifiers, and severity.
Theoretical Model(s): Share one or more theoretical models you would use to help Emily. Explain why you chose the model(s).
Treatment Plan: three subparts
Therapeutic Relationship
Treatment Goals (early, middle, late stage
goals): Include any referrals you would like to make for your client.
Intervention: what specific methods are used
Law and Ethics: Provide legal and ethical considerations while working with Emily.
Conclusion: Provide a summary of your assessment of Emily.
