When working in a way that is together with the unions and looking at this as a temporary change and not one that needs to be looked at as a forever kind of thing. What that also means is that it is a way that there can be an open dialogue that will allow for there to be a real conversation. What that also means is that there is a very clear way to ensure that there is going forward a clear conversation as well as a dialogue that will bring wins to both sides and ensure that information is moving clearly and easily.
