Is important to acknowledge that having no communication between a community can be an issue of increase on crimes and youths getting involved in gang or starting to commit crimes. In the article, ” Youth gang membership and violence in low- and middle- incomes county” by Angela Higgison, Mazerolle and Joseph Murray (2016) points out, factors that leads people to act violent and not obey the law such as, individual ( alcohol, drugs, sexual behavior, felonious, and psychological problems), peer pressure, family (lack of time, negative environment, parents lack of attitude and knowledge), school ( the environment might be violence and bullying), and community violence that has the risk of youth joining a gang. The author emphasis, community with a high percent of violence and gang memberships has problem and concerns of trusting law enforcement and communication issues or crimes occurring at the community. Throughout the worldwide, programs has been created for youths and adults for prevention of violate and knowing when and how to reach for help.
