Specifically, the following critical elements must be addressed:

1. Develop a thesis statement that responds to the research question and includes three components you will defend in your essay.
2. Establish the Context: In this section, you will write multiple paragraphs using information from the course regarding the time period in which yo ur historical event took place. You will use this section to set the stage for your argument. This section of your essay must include the following:

A. Describe your chosen historical event with clear and accurate information about why it happened, when it happened, and who was involved.

The description must include:
1. Cause(s): What events led to the event you selected? 2. Participants: Who was involved?
3. Chronology: When did this happen?

Thank you for sending the milestone for comment. This submission has several good pieces of information but needs several changes:

1. Format: Did you use the writing template in the text in chapter 3? I ask because the attached document is not in the proper format. There must be a thesis and then there must be an event description. Each of these sections must have headings. Please see the text for format.

2. Documentation: There must be documentation for all facts and ideas. If you use the writing template in the text, all the citations you select will be properly formatted but you’ll have to select the sources for the citation.

3. Length: Try to keep this to no more than two pages as the entire paper can be no longer than six pages and you have two more milestones to complete.

4. Content: Have to you looked at the guidance provided in this week’s announcements? If not, then please do so as the announcements on Monday and Wednesday provide very specific information about how each section should be structured and what information it should contain. The milestone must include a thesis and an event description that provides the cause, participants, and brief chronology of the event.
