In any job, you will work with people from different generations. Traditionalists, Baby Boomers, Gen X’ers, and Millennials have very different viewpoints about a variety of work related topics. Read the following article (3 Challenges of the Multigenerational Workforce.pdf, Attached File # 1) and conduct additional research about generational differences. Create a comparison chart of the different challenges you might face in a multigenerational workforce. Discuss communication styles, stereotypes, and workplace expectations. Make sure to properly cite all sources. Your response should be approximately one page.

Students discuss accountability in their personal lives as well as on the job.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Look up the term accountability and research articles focused on accountability in the workplace. Then, in a short paper, discuss what accountability means to you. How does it differ, if at all, in the workplace and in your personal life? Provide specific examples (from your own experience or make it up) of how you displayed accountability either in a current or former job.
