Sally has just had her 65th birthday and becomes concerned about her aging process. She has come to you today to discuss how best she can promote good health as she becomes an elder. Think about how you could advise her on immunizations along with methods to keep her body and mind healthy including nutrition, exercise and socialization. The aging process can gradually cause a diminishing of your mental faculties so include mental exercise also.

Remember that you only want to give her advice on those interventions that are evidence-based and come originally from peer-reviewed journal sources. Be sure to list these in your reference section. Below is a link to a list of evidence-based sources you can find on the internet.
