I’m working on a psychology writing question and need the explanation and answer to help me learn.

Step 2: Describe the emotion you have  selected in detail, including the physiological and behavioral changes  that you experienced while feeling this emotion.

Step 3: Reflect  on how this emotion influenced your behavior at the time. What did you  do as a result of feeling this emotion? Did you act in a way that was  consistent with your values and beliefs?

Step 4: Use research from  at least three peer-reviewed articles to support your analysis of the  link between emotions and behavior. Be sure to cite your sources  properly.

Step 5: Finally, based on your personal experience and  the research you have reviewed, discuss the implications of the link  between emotions and behavior. How can we use this information to  improve our own emotional regulation and decision-making skills?
