Healthcare Organization Cyberattacks

In a two to three page APA formatted research paper, address the increase in cyber-attacks on healthcare organizations. What is the cause of this increase? What type of healthcare organization is most likely to be attacked (i.e. hospital, insurance organization, etc.)? What can healthcare organizations do to try and protect themselves? How does the organization discover that it has been attacked? Finally, if there is a known vulnerability and the organization does not immediately address the issue, should the organization be found negligent as a result? Be sure to provide references.
