This means that there is a need for supervision on nuclear weapons, and the U.S. is taking care of it very properly.

The rise in terrorism has called upon the need for interference of U.S. in other countries’ affairs. Terrorism has started occurring in quite a number of ways. This calls upon the need of a policeman country, to regulate peace and enforce the law.
