Anyanwu LLP, located in Los Angeles, California. This will help improve an attorney’s abilities to win cases and promote client satisfaction. Therefore the essential need analysis tool will be coaching that will include interaction and working with others to help in skill development. We understand that everyone has unique communication issues. Therefore, to promote a higher possibility of success, we must address the communication needs of every attorney and leader. Killion et al. (2020). Therefore through coaching will first seek to understand communication issues faced by every employee. However, the coach will have to be an expert who will help learn required communication skills and higher productivity. The coach will be involved in identifying potential issues in the attorney’s communication skills and then develop a plan to improve them continuously.
