These organizations have undergone gradual changes over the years, particularly during the covid-19 pandemic, in which cases were done online. Therefore communication and technology training will be crucial for such organizations. My project will be majoring in how law firms can improve their recording keeping and customer communication by applying the latest technology. Therefore, various law officials will require additional training regarding methods to gradually improve communication and relevant measures to promote customer satisfaction while understanding that law firms have increased in the US. Therefore, customers tend to select firms that will win the case and provide higher satisfaction through communication. Therefore the law firm I select for this case will be Chima A. Anyanwu LLP, based in Los Angeles, California. I have previously worked in this firm; therefore, I think my project will be essential to them for the following reasons: communication is critical for an attorney’s success. Lawyers have to ensure they continuously communicate and understand the situations of their clients. Without proper communication, compelling the judge and jury beyond a reasonable doubt is not possible. Additionally, attorneys handle hundreds of clients concurrently; therefore, continuous communication with each one of them will be essential. Thus, a project in the application of technology to manage the communication between them will improve the firm’s success and promote positive reviews.
