Prior to beginning work on this assignment, read Chapter 1 in the Oachs textbook. A component of the Comparative Summary Project is identifying state documentation requirements and specifically stating the statutes, regulations, and administrative codes. In 250 words, choose your home state of residence , and

• Identify the location of the state specific guidelines for medical record requirements for a physician office or a hospital by using the state statutes. Note, you may NOT use Findlaw as your resource.
• Identify the source of the information.
• Summarize the documentation requirements.
• Summarize how you identified the location of the information.
