The
Hurricane Katrina disaster was compounded by a lack of communication
and interagency collaboration. For this assignment, imagine you are
preparing to present information about the lessons learned from the
Katrina disaster to a group of community group of first responders.

Create
a 15-20-slide PowerPoint Presentation about the Katrina Disaster
relative to the importance of collaboration. Be sure to include the
following in your presentation:

1. A title slide
2. A description and example of successful collaboration
3. A description and example of unsuccessful collaboration
4. What could have been done differently (short- and long-term)?
5. What were the short- and long-term effects to the community?
6. What were the long-term effects of the collaboration?
7. A reference slide with three to five scholarly sources
8. Detailed speaker notes that represent what you would say as if giving the presentation in person.

While

academic writing is expected, and documentation of sources should be
presented using APA formatting guidelines, which can be found in the APA
