Preparation for Final Paper

This is the information for the term project in this course. This assignment will be due at the end of Module 7.

For the Final Paper, you will Read Chapter 12 to have an insight into how to build a case study. You will then develop a case study for a company. You can choose your approach from:

·       Corporate Governance and Social Responsibility

·       Business Ethics

·       International Issues in Strategic Management

·       General Issues in Strategic Management

Your Case Study should be a complete assessment of the company and the problem or issue that is being analyzed. You can use a company you know of, however, please have in mind that ALL PROJECTS WILL BE SCANNED THROUGH A PLAGIARISM DETECTOR and you cannot have more than 15% indirect copy/paste. Anything more than this 15% without proper citation or reference. will result in a failure grade. Have this in mind and remember this is 30% of your grade.

You have to respect APA formatting for citations and references. Your Case Study has to be at least 3 pages 12-point times new roman (not including cover, references or any appendices)
