As more and more businesses are happening online, the entire web infrastructure needs a complete overhaul with an upgrade. The proposed upgrade aims to support near-term business needs that can run secure latest technology workloads and to future proof the infrastructure that is secure, scalable, resilient, redundant, performant, highly available. They purchase commercial properties, revitalize the properties by increasing occupancy and/or fixup the properties to resale the properties at a higher price. They have about 80-90 employees who work in a few different departments. The departments are human resources, accounting, legal, property management, and acquisitions. The different departments have different technological requirements to effectively perform their essential roles within the company. The accounting team and human resources teams will be equipped with similar technology because their main functions will be performed within the office. Whereas legal, acquisitions, and the property managers will be working within the office and the field. For this purpose, these teams will have similar technology requirements. This proposal is designed to address the current technology within the company and update the technology to increase productivity and reliability of the technology they use to conduct their work. Currently the organization is using outdated OS (Operating Systems) with outdated hardware. Their workstation hardware is utilizing single-core and single-processor chip sets, which is creating delays in productivity, and they are experiencing equipment failures as well. The goal is to upgrade the organization workstations, hardware, and their infrastructure.
