Paying for childcare can be a significant financial burden for a family with two working parents. One way to lure parents back into the workforce could be to offer onsite childcare. While the cost of setting up onsite childcare can be prohibitive for some employers, it may be worth the investment if it means attracting and retaining talented employees.
