HR CHALLENGE among the COVID-19

  • Research and discuss the challenges that employers currently are facing and will face during the re-opening of the hospitality sector of the business industry. There are several examples to be found (cite your work according to APA guidelines). Several have laid off or furloughed many of their employees. Discuss the differences of these to terms and what are the steps/tactics HR will have to take to get the staff fully functional. Are their any re-training procedures that may have to occur? If so, speculate what these may be. How does the unemployment work with the CARES Act? Can they refuse to come back to work, what are these ramifications to their job? to their unemployment status?
  • Tie in some of these issues with the textbook and at least 2 outside sources. Feel free to add some discussion that I have not preempted here.
    • double spaced 1 – times new roman font of 12 pt

    • 7-8 page paper (minimum word count of 2,000)
    • include specific examples of challenges or highlights (use citations of module #/topic);
    • use specific company examples – several links are posted in Teams.
    • This paper must be written by APA guidelines (see appendix).APPENDIX: APA STYLE TIP SHEETIMPORTANT: The following examples do not cover all APA style guidelines. Use the Publication Manual of the APA 6th Edition as a comprehensive guideline. Additionally, free abbreviated guides to APA format can be found at http://owl.english.purdue.edu/owl/resource/560/01/ (Links to an external site.) and http://www.apastyle.org/ (Links to an external site.).Examples of Citations in text Among the many problems confronting young people is the challenge of structuring time in productive pursuits. Adolescents spend nearly 40% of their waking hours as discretionary time (Bartko and Eccles, 2003), and the times when youth seem to make the poorest activity choices is when they are not in school (Pawelko and Magafas, 1997).According to Witt and Crompton (1996), developing skills for the constructive management of discretionary time is paramount to youth development. However, for all youth, avoiding boredom by finding constructive and interesting ways to occupy time can be challenging (Witt and Crompton, 2002).Note: Each of the above citations would be given a full reference in the reference list at the end of the paper.EXAMPLES OF REFERENCES FOR REFERENCE LISTJOURNAL ARTICLE1 author:Munson, W.
