emerging technology research paper on innovative idea to start a company or business

Please refer attached classmate ideas of mine ,suggest me for the idea for my research paper. Pertaining to an emerging technology which includes Artificial intelligence and cognitive systems, business intelligence, cloud computing, energy harvesting and future fuels, the Internet of things, robotics and wireless and mobile technologies, etc.

• Describe your proposed idea briefly – one or two paragraphs, We can discuss about it and then may proceed to Activity 1

Important : The Idea must not just technology or information. The idea must be either product or service that will be attempting to solve a problem by building a system or defined a company or business that want to develop.

Once Idea is finalized, I need to complete Activity 1 and Activity 2. ( Instructions attached.)

• Research Paper in in APA format. Plagiarism is not acceptable. (Please consider this top priority). Which must contain a title page, Abstract, Introduction, Annotated bibliography and References.
• For Activity 1 and Activity 2 complete instructions are attached. All instructions or tasks must be addressed.
• Activity 1 is 4-6 pages.
• Activity 2 is minimum 5 pages.
• Paper must be included all the references and in-text citations. (few references must be peer reviewed empirical journal articles)
