• What do you feel when you watch the video and read the attached information to the article
• Should victim’s families have representation given to them at parole hearings?  Why or why not?
  • Note – it used to be that detectives, officers and the district attorney’s that prosecuted the case could attend the parole hearings as support for the victims and their families.  The D/A has taken this away for the attorneys to do this.  That is why this victim’s mother had to review the case files and see the graphic photos of her child when this is normally never shown to the victim’s family.
• Do you feel that the sentence is appropriate?

This is one mother speaking out.  There are so many that are impacted by the changes he has recently made and maybe you know someone or have personal knowledge of someone impacted by this and can share it.
