Through the previous chapters, you studied different topics about BPM and its life cycle. In this project, you are required to choose your group work team (agreed before) and to select one organization (prefer to be one of the group members workplace), then do the following:

 

1- Your project must start with a cover page including the name of the university, your college, course code and name.

You are required to show the following:

a-Brief the organization and the main core business of it.

b- Show the organization structure chart.

c-Choose one core business processes from your organization and describe it

d- Apply the CBOK components on the selected process from your organization as follows:

1- Business Process Management-Show the BPM Life Cycle of the selected Process

 

2- Process Modelling- Model the selected process using BPMN and elaborate about it.

3- Process Analysis- Analyze the selected process by applying any 2 of the following selected tools from the Process Analysis Tools/Approaches listed in Ch. 4: Part2 slide 39:                   Cost Analysis, Cycle-Time  Analysis, Decision Analysis, Risk Analysis,

and elaborate about it.

• Create the Design Specification of the selected process by showing the following:
• Business Goals, Process Performace Objectives, Business Application, Data Resources, and Technology Patform.
• Create the logical design: what activities are performed
• Create the physical Design- how activities are performed

5- Process Performance Management- Select 2 measurement methods and show how they applied to monitor and control the execution and tracking the results of the selected   process in order to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of the selected processes.
